Blogging Again

Since my last post, I have experienced technical and pregnancy difficulties. For the past 2 weeks my internet explorer has not worked and Mozilla has been too slow for me to be bothered with. So, I finally kicked J off of his laptop. I love it. I'm telling you, the thing has a halo. Anyway, as far as the pregnancy difficulties, nausea has kicked in full force! I've done everything that I was supposed to. Keeping my appts, taking my larger than life size pre-natal vitamins, AND AND AND eating disgusting, repulsive vegetables! And what do I get in return?! NAUSEA!!!

Needless to say, Baby Prickett and I had a nice little chat and I'm feeling much better :o) Because I'm feeling better, I feel like blogging. So here's what's been going on since my last post!

I took Liz to karate and came straight home. When I got home, I couldn't find Jeremiah anywhere. So I looked around and discovered that he was in the backyard. All I could see was him, water and the waterhose. When he noticed that I was home, he told me to come outside. When I stepped out on the back, this is what I saw.

Mr. Man was powerwashing the patio!! Not only that, how sweet is the I heart G??!! A couple of days before this, I was not feeling well at all. Obviously, this definitely put a smile on my face. I heart you too sweetheart!

Quite naturally, Liz wanted to "powerwash" too. My patio is sooo clean now. All of the black and green yucky stuff is gone (thank you very much previous homeowner). I feel like we have brand new fresh concrete. Thanks you guys!

Later on in the evening, Liz's cousins showed up to spend the night. We thought that would be a nice surprise for her. As always, they played, fought, ate and slept.

Everyone is headed for the great outdoors! After breakfast, the girls went outside in the backyard and climbed the trees. Jeremiah decided to powerwash the driveway and the porch.

Here's Liz.

In the meantime, J was powerwashing the driveway. Look how clean it is where he is standing. In the bottom right corner and to the far right is the old dirty driveway. Now, my driveway is all clean too. There are a few spots that would not come up. Generally speaking, I am pleased with the results. It is all clean now, just like new concrete! Thanks babe!!

He was doing just fine until I showed up with the camera.

After I distracted him long enough, I left so that he could get back to work.

He powerwashed the garage door too...NICE!! I didn't stick around to take pictures for that. I needed to go check on the girls.

I haven't been feeling well for the past couple of days. So, Momma Keeton called me when we were on our way home from church. She invited us over for dinner so that I wouldn't have to cook. Wasn't that nice?! Or maybe it was pity. Regardless, that was a meal that I didn't have to cook!! The missionaries came for dinner too and mommy's house was full. I wanted to take more pictures than I did but I just wasn't up to it. Again, thank you very much nausea!!!

Liz was enjoying the extra attention from my sisters, Maria and Berry. Unfortunately, I have not been much fun for Liz for the past couple of days. I hate feeling "blah" and she hates to see me that way too. That's the biggest I have seen her smile since the nausea took over.

This picture was taken after dinner. I don't know who told Berry and Liz that it was okay to play in Momma Keeton's kitchen. Personally, I got out of there before mommy came.

Eventually, we left and made it home. This is how we usually find Liz in the backseat after we leave my parent's house :o)

I went to the doctor for my pre-natal visit and it went fine. I weighed in at 119lbs. I'm lighter now than I was when I wasn't pregnant! I even would have been okay with 120lbs. They drew blood, I made my next appt, and we were on our way. J took the morning off to come to the doctor with me. After we left the dr.'s office, we went home and he made us lunch. We ate, he left for work and I went to Hobby Lobby. The rest of the week was a normal week in the Prickett household!

I love the power washing tool. That is so cool. I wonder what our concrete would look like.

Okay, so is the power washer yours or did you rent it? I would love to get our driveway sparkling fresh! Seriously. E-mail me!
