This pregnancy has been awesome! I have never suffered from morning sickness or nausea. In fact, the only confirmations that I believed in were the ultrasounds in which we could hear and see the baby's heartbeat. If it weren't for the ultrasounds, I really wouldn't believe that I was pregnant.
The Present
At 19.5 weeks I am FINALLY beginning to feel pregnant. Yesterday I felt Baby Prickett kick/punch for the first time. For me, that 1st undeniable kick/punch is always the greatest feeling. Of course Jeremiah had just left for work and missed it :o( Anyway, I laid in bed an extra 20 mins or so just enjoying the movement.
The Future
Monday, Aug 2nd, is THE day. We are finding out if Baby Prickett is a girl or boy. I'm still hoping for a boy but I just know it is a girl. I have done several calculations on various Chinese Birth Calendars and only 1 calendar said that I was having a boy. I am hanging on to that 1 calculation for dear life! If I have a boy, I may be willing to give Mr. Man another baby. Maybe I shouldn't put that in writing.
The Bonus
I found the most hilarious scale online last night and I loved it! Personally, I can't justify spending $45 for it but it gave me a good laugh!
